The best place to stay in the area. Modern, clean, safe and comfortable. Best option for family. The food is not good, it needs to be improved.
The hotel needs a better shower, cups in the room, a little fridge to keep your drinks coold.
Lugar y servicio excelente, muy tranquilo, la comida muy rica, las palapas para comer ofrecen una vista muy buena, el jardín con las hamacas es delicioso, su playa limpia y tranquila, la albercas en excelente estado ... Un lugar para disfrutar y relajarte en pareja o familia.
We stayed there in July this year. The hotel is beautiful and the service is excellent! In July is rather warm but the rooms aircon help a lot. The terrace and spots to have a drink and dinner are awesome!! The people are very friendly. The only thing I would ask the owners is to PLEASE let their personnel to use shorter and fresher outfit. One can tell that all the personnel is suffering using long jeans!! This for me would be unbearable and torture. Still, they stay very friendly!! Aircon at the reception would also be a good idea.

I only stopped by for time spa and sauna time and ended up staying for lunch. I had an Excellent massage, and the restaurant staff even allowed me to eat in a palapa right on the beach.
Personally I would like the hotel to have a hydration station or free ice to take, also it would be better if the beers they served were more cold, because they're just chill. The service in general is good to be honest but it's slow, nice treatment and the rooms are really clean. It would be nice if the pools had a little bit of shade, either natural shade (some palms) or artificial (a small roof). Also it would be better if the rooms had frigobar and a coffee maker. They have a day pass but it's not really that good of a deal, it's 300 Mexican pesos for adults and 150 Mexican pesos por kids under 10 years old, It has a schedule of 10 am to 8 pm (the day pass). In the outside areas it would be nice if they had ceiling fans installed so the atmosphere were more refreshing.
